The medium price of $167,000 is a good increase which is some much needed good news for our Branson Real Estate Market. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align:center;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;There were 3 condos that were reported to have closed escrow last month and they ranged from $94,500 to $220,000 in price.&amp;nbsp; The lowest reported price was $5,500 and the highest priced sale reported was $842,000.&amp;nbsp; Keep in mind that Missouri is a non-disclosure State so what is reported may not represent the actual reality but is a very good representation of it.&amp;nbsp; The last I heard, there were about 400 Realtors and agents in the MLS and that gives you an average of 2 homes sold this year per person.&amp;nbsp; No way self-employed people can make a living on that kind of activity, thank goodness for condos &amp;amp;
